Clean and tidy hotel, very BIG rooms, makes it perfect for a long stay. Nice Breakfast, I was surprised about the quality of the breakfast. Staff is very helpful, speak perfect english, provides visa services and excellent exchange ratio. Free WIFI, very good and fast, wifi on every floor.

My wife and I stayed last week at Hotel Mingood, after finding it on the Internet searching for Penang Budget Hotels. As a "budget hotel" I think that the service far exceeds any other budget hotel I've stayed at in Penang, and there have been quite a few! Great for price paid
We stayed at Hotel Mingood for 3 nights and thought it was great value for money. The staff were very friendly and always tried to help us when they could. The rooms are basic but fine, they were always cleaned every day with new towels etc. every day. The TV had a news sports and movie channel which was good...
